If you want to cancel, please refer back to your confirmation email or go to your Bookings under your Account when logged in. You have 2 days before your private in order to cancel to receive a refund or reschedule.
If you would like to reschedule, please go login to your Account and go to Bookings. You must cancel your private session to receive a full refund and will be able to book a new session through the booking link, https://sutrapro.com/iframe/th.... This can only be done 2 days or more before your private zoom session.

YES! The instructors will not be able to conduct the private zoom session unless they see a parent present.
Please make sure that your provide all necessary materials before the session. Also, it never hurts to log on a few minutes to make sure your Zoom is working correctly :)
You are able to book a session up to 1 month out! Click around on different dates to see when the instructor is free. If they are available on that specific date, there will be time blocks that appear on the right-hand side for you to select your time slot.
