This session is for gymnasts who are struggling with a fear of a skill of any kind. This can be helpful when a gymnast ‘loses’ a skill they have had for a while or is nervous about learning new skills. Gymnasts will leave this session with new strategies (like using imagery or breathing techniques) to practice that will help them conquer their mental block!
Kylee Ault is our mental performance coach with her master’s degree in sport psychology, and is working on her PhD in sport psychology. She is also a former gymnast!
