After this session you will have a completely realistic and customized nutrition plan for your gymnast in accordance to their unique schedule, food preferences, and health/performance goals. You will gain a sense of structure, clarity, and confidence for maximizing your gymnast’s potential through the power of a nutrition plan designed just for you. After implementing this plan consistently your gymnast will likely see improvements in energy, mood, recovery speed, and overall performance.
Keep in mind I take a “no numbers” approach to nutrition. This means EXACT calorie/nutrient number recommendations will not be given as this can easily create obsessive behavior for the gymnast. However, general ranges may be provided upon request.
