During this one-on-one 20 minute Zoom session, Maria will work with each gymnast on taking their beam routine to the next level by polishing choreography and going over ways to present their movements. Making each position clear, clean and sharp is important. A simple pose can "say" so much if it is executed right ... Presentation is key :-)
