This session is for gymnasts who have big dreams and want help figuring out how to accomplish them! Working on goal setting can be important for short-term goals during competition season or long-term goals during the off-season. Gymnasts will learn how to set their own specific and measurable goals while creating a plan for accomplishing them!
Kylee Ault is our mental performance coach with her master’s degree in sport psychology, and is working on her PhD in sport psychology. She is also a former gymnast!
