This session is ideal for the gymnast that struggles keeping their cool in high pressure situations. We call this performance anxiety and will identify its impact on a gymnast’s athletic performance. The mental performance consultant will provide strategies to manage anxiety, including deep breathing, positive self-talk, and visualization. Overall, the goal of the session is to provide tools to better manage a gymnast’s anxiety and improve their overall athletic performance.
