Building a Positive Mindset

Having a negative mindset is common in gymnasts because they tend to be very hard on themselves and self-critical. Since they are at an age where their brain is still developing, this can end up affecting other areas in their life later and create a negative foundational attitude towards themselves and their environment. Having a negative mindset can cause the gymnast to not want to do the sport anymore and may even feel “stuck” in their negative thinking patterns. This session is for gymnasts who are looking to start feeling happier inside and outside of the gym.
