This one-on-one Zoom session is focused on movement, facial expressions, sharpness, poses, and presentation in your floor dance for that extra pizzaz this meet season!

Janay Honest was part of the 2018 National Championship Winning UCLA team. She's also been a PAC-12 individual event champion, and was also recently in her first music video!

She is passionate about helping young gymnasts find confidence through their choreography in order to compete more comfortably and earn performance points!
