Every athlete that decides to start gymnastics and set goals for the future will embark on a different path. Although some goals may be the same, everyone’s road to get there looks unique. It is so important that the gymnast is able to fully embrace the path that is special and specific to them.

This session will allow young gymnasts to understand what it means to trust the process and what it may look like for them.
