This session is for the gymnasts that may struggle with constantly comparing themselves to their peers and have lost love and motivation for the sport as a result.

In the sport of gymnastics, it is so easy to see teammates and peers move up levels and get new skills at a faster pace than others, which can make it super difficult for the athlete to remain positive and maintain confidence in themselves. This session will give insight on how to deal with that comparison and teach young gymnasts how to be content with exactly where they are at and who they are.
